Entrepreneurship is an aggression, a
passion and a commitment.
But the key to success is your foresight.
If you can visualise the future, you can win.
Zacharakis,
a professor of entrepreneurship at Babson College explained,
“A business plan for an architectural practice plays the first step to
visualize your business. It is a written document showing you your thoughts on
what, where, why, when and how you intend to manage your business. If you are a
person with many resources or you are one without any; just like a soldier who
enters the battlefield with loads of equipment, you too must put your thoughts on
paper before entering into the field.”
Here is the sample of a business plan for an architectural firm created by me
for your reference.
The executive summary is a
term used in business for a short document that summarizes a longer report,
proposal or group of related reports in such a way that readers can rapidly
become acquainted with a large body of material without having to read it all.
It will usually contain a brief statement of the problem or proposal covered in
the major document(s), background information, concise analysis and main
conclusions. It is intended as an aid to decision making by business managers.

All names and numbers in the above sample plan are hypothetical,
used only to give an example. You can replace them with your factual data while
making your own business plan.
