CHECKLIST Before You Start Your Own Practice

Most architects have a dream to start their own practice. Later or sooner they give a green signal to their dream. But survey shows that only those entrepreneurs survive in the long run who does careful start up planning and analysis. It also shows that only 70% start up firms sustain over the period and a few attain the success they dreamed of.

Thus, to ease your startup planning process, I have put together a checklist that you can use for your self analysis. It’s not a test of success or failure. Most important factor in a business is to listen to your mind and heart. Enjoy what you do and success is bound to follow.

Once you have defined all the answers to the questions in the checklist, then tell yourself to 'just do it'!
And of course, don’t forget to say

‘yes to Architectural management’ !

Good Luck!
