Your possible time-wasters


“The average person gets 1 interruption every 8 minutes, or approximately 7 an hour, or 50-60 per day. The average interruption takes 5 minutes, totaling about 4 hours or 50% of the average workday. 80% of those interruptions are typically rated as "little value" or "no value" creating approximately 3 hours of wasted time per day.” 

Busy people may spend a lot of time at work, but that doesn’t mean that they are focusing on the things that are going to make them more productive. As a start-up company which has a limited time, money and resources, you would want to make sure that you or your fellows are as productive as possible. According to a new survey by America Online and Salary.com, top time wasting activities in a normal workday are as following:
