AM Tit Bits- 11 India constructing a Supertall tower

India Tower (previously known as Park Hyatt Tower; also known as Dynamix Balwas Tower or DB Tower) is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, Maharashtra State, India. If completed as proposed, the tower would become the second tallest man made structure in the world after the Burj Khalifa which stands tall at 828 metres.

Dynamix Balwas realtor group first proposed the project with the skyscraper named Park Hyatt Tower in 2008, with 85 floors and a height of 301.1 metres (988 ft). The project was subsequently dropped and later revised in 2010. In January 2010, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation gave the official go ahead for its construction on a site located at Charni Road, Marine Lines, just north of the city's historical district.
